14 Day Trial
The 14-day free trial is only available in the UK. ** Terms and Conditions apply
We recommend that you ride in your saddle as much as possible and take part in all of your normal riding activities, dressage, hacking, jumping, competitions etc. You may also want to arrange to have a lesson with your instructor throughout this period. Ideally we recommend having your saddle fitted/checked by a professional saddle fitter during the trial period.
Carriage costs will apply. Please see our delivery and returns page for further details. These charges are to cover both delivery and collection charges. If you keep the saddle after the 14-day trial this carriage charge will be refunded in full. A £350 payment authorisation only will be taken from you payment card provided prior to the saddle being dispatched, this is for security purposes. You will be contacted by telephone to provide your card details once your order is received.
From receipt of the saddle you will then have 14 days to trial your saddle this includes weekends and bank holidays. Please note all saddles need to be returned to us in the same packaging as you received them. This is important as the boxes we use are tough boxes limiting any damage during transit to the saddle. All tags also need to be included in the box, we appreciate these will have had to be removed for you to trial them but we will still require them back. Please note all saddles are expected back in a ‘Clean’ condition. If the saddle is not clean we will charge a cleaning fee of £10 per saddle. It is your responsibility to ensure the saddle is kept secure and stored correctly.
You can manage your trial in the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
If you selected a graded option at the checkout as the new option was Out of stock you will have the choice to upgrade and pay the difference if you wish to do so.
